Overview
Create an access and alert system that uses motion detection and RFID card roles for secure entry.
What Students Do
Wire a motion sensor and RFID reader to CodyNick, assign roles to cards, and control a lock relay. Add visual and sound alerts and log access attempts.
Outcome
A working entry prototype that authenticates users, actuates a lock, and records events for review.
Requirements
- CodyNick gadget, motion sensor, RFID reader
- Relay or lock actuator and indicator LED/buzzer
- (Optional) Cloud sheet or dashboard for logging
